How a Commercial Pool Gets Built
Every stage below is the same pool — a community amenity pool taken from bare ground to opening day by Signet’s own crews, who carried the job from the first day to the last. No stock photography stands in for work we didn’t do.
The shell is dug and the underground plumbing set before anything is poured.
Reinforcing steel is tied and formed to the engineered shape of the pool.
Crews shoot and carve the shell in a single continuous pour.
The shell cures while the surrounding deck and grade are brought in.
The interior surface is applied and troweled by hand, across the whole pool.
The pool is filled, balanced, and handed over ready for its first season.
