We absolutely can not say enough good things about Matt and Joe. Our pool was a complete mess and our previous pool company didn't care enough to fix the algea problem so we haven't been able to use our pool since September 2023. We hired Signet at the end of June 2024 and our pool is back to normal and ready for the 4th. Matt and Joe came out numerous times to get the pool up and running and we are so happy.

A & D Pool is a family owned business that works hard to satisfy their customers. I am so glad that we hired them to renovate our community pool last year and to service it. The pool has never looked so good and we have residents now using it because it is so clean and looks so beautiful. I would highly recommend A & D Pool to maintain your pool and update it when needed. They are very professional in all aspects of our pool needs.

Del Tierra HOA Association Manager - We have Signet as our pool service. When we discovered an issue with the plumbing after speaking with Jonathan Mosher, we decided to close the pool down and get the repair completed. We discovered the pool was going to need a resurface in 2025. Since we had the pool drained for the repair, we decided to have the pool resurfaced. It was a lengthy process, but each and every step, Jonathan either had his job manager available to assist or was here himself. Signet is very professional in all aspects of the job and I highly recommend them.

01Do you build new amenity pools for communities in Lakewood Ranch and Parrish?
Yes. New commercial construction is Signet’s main work. Our own crews handle excavation, steel, gunite shell, finish and startup, with the owner on site and a single point of contact from the first dig to opening day.
02Our HOA pool in Bradenton has been patched for years. Is it time to renovate?
Usually the signs are clear: rough or stained plaster, loose tile, cracked coping, a deck that holds water, and equipment that fails every season. We will assess the pool, tell you what genuinely needs doing and what can wait, and put it in a written quote.
03Can you handle a resort pool on Anna Maria Island?
Yes. Island properties get salt air, heavy guest traffic and a short window for work between seasons. We plan around that window and spec equipment and finishes for the coast.
04Do you offer ongoing service in Manatee County, or only projects?
Both. Many of our Manatee County properties started as a repair or a resurface and moved to scheduled service, chemistry and DOH-standard inspections with the same team.
05Is there anything you will not take on?
