We absolutely can not say enough good things about Matt and Joe. Our pool was a complete mess and our previous pool company didn't care enough to fix the algea problem so we haven't been able to use our pool since September 2023. We hired Signet at the end of June 2024 and our pool is back to normal and ready for the 4th. Matt and Joe came out numerous times to get the pool up and running and we are so happy.

A & D Pool is a family owned business that works hard to satisfy their customers. I am so glad that we hired them to renovate our community pool last year and to service it. The pool has never looked so good and we have residents now using it because it is so clean and looks so beautiful. I would highly recommend A & D Pool to maintain your pool and update it when needed. They are very professional in all aspects of our pool needs.

Del Tierra HOA Association Manager - We have Signet as our pool service. When we discovered an issue with the plumbing after speaking with Jonathan Mosher, we decided to close the pool down and get the repair completed. We discovered the pool was going to need a resurface in 2025. Since we had the pool drained for the repair, we decided to have the pool resurfaced. It was a lengthy process, but each and every step, Jonathan either had his job manager available to assist or was here himself. Signet is very professional in all aspects of the job and I highly recommend them.

01Do you work on Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key?
Yes. Resort and condominium pools on the keys are regular work for us. Salt air is hard on pumps, heaters and rails, so we spec equipment and finishes for the coast and inspect them on a schedule rather than waiting for a failure.
02Can a downtown Sarasota condominium keep its pool open during a resurface?
No, and any contractor who says otherwise is not being straight with you. A resurface means draining the pool, so it closes for the job. What we can do is schedule the work around your season and the board’s calendar, and give you the timeline in writing before we start.
03Do you handle Florida Department of Health inspections in Sarasota County?
We run our own DOH-standard inspection process on an app Signet built in-house. Every point is checked, everyone who needs to know is notified, and you get a report that shows exactly where the pool stands, so it is ready when the county inspector arrives.
