We absolutely can not say enough good things about Matt and Joe. Our pool was a complete mess and our previous pool company didn't care enough to fix the algea problem so we haven't been able to use our pool since September 2023. We hired Signet at the end of June 2024 and our pool is back to normal and ready for the 4th. Matt and Joe came out numerous times to get the pool up and running and we are so happy.

A & D Pool is a family owned business that works hard to satisfy their customers. I am so glad that we hired them to renovate our community pool last year and to service it. The pool has never looked so good and we have residents now using it because it is so clean and looks so beautiful. I would highly recommend A & D Pool to maintain your pool and update it when needed. They are very professional in all aspects of our pool needs.

Del Tierra HOA Association Manager - We have Signet as our pool service. When we discovered an issue with the plumbing after speaking with Jonathan Mosher, we decided to close the pool down and get the repair completed. We discovered the pool was going to need a resurface in 2025. Since we had the pool drained for the repair, we decided to have the pool resurfaced. It was a lengthy process, but each and every step, Jonathan either had his job manager available to assist or was here himself. Signet is very professional in all aspects of the job and I highly recommend them.

01Do you travel to Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda from Sarasota?
Yes. Charlotte County is part of our regular territory. Call 941-378-2478, tell us about the property, and we will schedule a site visit and a free consultation.
02Our condominium pool needs a full renovation. Where do we start?
With a site visit. We assess the shell, finish, tile, coping, deck and equipment, tell the board what genuinely needs doing and in what order, and put the scope, timeline and price in writing. Nothing changes without walking you through it first.
03Can you handle a marina or yacht club pool?
Yes. Club and marina pools are commercial pools with heavy seasonal use and salt exposure. We spec equipment and finishes for that environment and can keep the pool on a service and inspection schedule afterwards.
04Do you handle the Florida Department of Health inspection side?
We run our own DOH-standard inspection process on an app Signet built in-house, so the pool is checked against every point before the county inspector arrives, and you get a report showing where it stands.
05Do you build new commercial pools in Charlotte County?
Yes. New construction is Signet’s main work. Our own crews handle excavation, steel, gunite shell, finish and startup, with the owner on site throughout.
