The northern edge of our territory: the communities along the east side of Tampa Bay, south of the Alafia River. Apollo Beach, Riverview and Sun City Center are dense with HOA amenity centers and active-adult communities, each running pools that residents use daily. We serve them from the same crews that cover Manatee County.
